Think Positive

Saving money used to be something that everyone did. Here’s an example:

When I was a boy I can remember by Grandmother having a jar (the jar seemed to be almost as big as me, and it only ever got bigger…at least for a while). Every week she’d stuff some money in to it and say to me – she’d have to shout this because I was so tiny that it was as if she was standing on top of a mountain range – “now you do that as soon as you can, OK?” and I would nod. This happened every week, but over the years I began to realize something: what I had always thought of as loads of money was actually barely anything. The older I got the less stuff you could buy. What a sorry state of affairs!

Saving money is discussed at the following blog.

And who can blame people for being skeptical where saving money is concerned? It seems to be almost impossible these days, what with all the other things a human being has to pay for. And the banks don’t exactly help, do they? No, they just seem to take your money. For every little bit you save you loose out, don’t you?

Of course, that isn’t always the case. It’s all about knowing what to do and what not to do. And that’s why you should check out blogs like the aforementioned: you’ll learn not only about money and economics and all that jazz, you’ll also learn about how you can help the environment, how we can save money at the same time as helping the planet.
